The episode starts with the matchmaker showing photos to Lakshmi. Rishi signals Lakshmi to come to him for a while. Lakshmi sees Rishi and asks the match maker to have some tea and she will come in a minute. The match maker agrees. Rishi brings Lakshmi to a side and just stares at her. Lakshmi asks Rishi why he is staring at her like that? Rishi says he is thinking why didn’t he see her like this before. Rishi shows the paper flower that she gifted him and says he is smelling the fragrance of love and says he is in love with her. Rishi says to Lakshmi that he is madly in love with her. Lakshmi gets stunned by Rishi’s confession. Rishi and Lakshmi stare into each other eyes.
Neelam asks Pandit how much time will he take to fix the date. Pandit says just a few minutes. Dadi comes and asks Neelam what is the Pandit doing here? Neelam says they called the Pandit to fix the date for Rishi and Malishka’s marriage. Dadi says to Neelam what is the need to hurry? Neelam comments on what Dadi said. Dadi says she just wants everyone to be happy. Pandit apologises to Neelam and says for Rishi and Malishka’s marriage there is no auspicious date in the next 6 months.
Lakshmi asks Rishi what is he saying? Rishi says to Lakshmi that whatever he is saying is the truth and says he really loves her. Rishi says when he was in the hospital when she regained consciousness for a while he told her how he feels. Rishi says to Lakshmi what he feels for her. Lakshmi says they also feel for a friend. Rishi says yes and she is special and says he really loves her.
Kiran and Malishka ask Pandit how is it possible to not even have one auspicious date for the next 6 months. Neelam asks the Pandit to once again check if there is an auspicious date. The Pandit looks at Ayush sneakily.
It is shown that Pandit runs into Ayush. Ayush asks Pandit why did he come here? The Pandit says Neelam called him to fix a date for Malishka and Rishi. Ayush stops the Pandit from going inside and requests the Pandit to delay Rishi and Malishka’s marriage for 6 months. Ayush also offers money for the Pandit to do it. The Pandit agrees.
The Pandit looks at the Kundali again and says there is no auspicious date for the next 6 months. Neelam decides to call the Pandit’s Guruji as the Pandit is not able to fix a date for Rishi and Malishka’s marriage. The Pandit stops Neelam from calling his Guruji and says he will look again. Ayush thinks his plan failed and leaves from there.
Lakshmi comes into her room and recalls what happened. Lakshmi thinks Rishi really loves her. Lakshmi’s inner self comes out and asks Lakshmi who told her? Lakshmi searches for where the voice came from. Rishi thinks Lakshmi will accept his love and decides to go downstairs and tell everyone that he loves Lakshmi.
Lakshmi confronts her inner self. Her inner self asks Lakshmi who told her that Rishi loves her. Her inner self explains to Lakshmi that Rishi used to tell her before he loves Malishka. Her inner self reminds Lakshmi that it is Malishka’s dream to marry Rishi. Her inner self also reminds Lakshmi that she divorced Rishi so that Malishka will get justice. Her inner self asks Lakshmi to stay firm on her decision. Lakshmi agrees with her inner self. Her inner self says now she knows what to do.
