The episode starts with the nurse checking Lakshmi’s pulse and thinking if Lakshmi doesn’t regain consciousness then she will go into a coma.
Sadhu sees Rishi praying to Maata Rani in the One legged prayer pose and says his love for Lakshmi is true. The doctor checks Lakshmi and says to the nurse if Lakshmi doesn’t regain consciousness then she might go into a coma.
The nurse says to the doctor that even if Lakshmi wakes up the problems will not be low and says she might forget her past. The doctor says anything can happen. Ayush is shown to be searching for Rishi but he doesn’t find him and thinks only one hospital is left that he has to search and i.e. city hospital.
Sadhu runs into Rishi. Rishi apologises to Sadhu. Sadhu says he prayed really good.Rishi asks Sadhu if Lakshmi is out of danger.
Rishi comes to the hospital and asks the nurse why hasn’t Lakshmi regained consciousness till now and asks the nurse when will Lakshmi regain consciousness. The nurse leaves from there.
Rishi puts Maata Rani’s blessing on Lakshmi’s forehead. Rishi recalls Sadhu’s words that he also has to give the strength of his love to Lakshmi.
Rishi recalls that when Lakshmi brought the tickets that Ayush gifted for them to go on a concert. Lakshmi comes and asks Rishi if he will come with her. Rishi agrees to go with her but he later recalls that he already has an appointment with Malishka.
Rishi asks Lakshmi if they can go some another time. Lakshmi agrees. Virendra sees Rishi hurting Lakshmi and tries to explains to Rishi that he loves Lakshmi and he doesn’t love Malishka and hopes that Rishi will realise it soon.
Rishi kisses Lakshmi on her forehead. Rishi thinks if he really loves Lakshmi. The nurse checks Lakshmi’s vitals and says to Rishi that Lakshmi is regaining consciousness. The nurse goes to call the doctor. Rishi says to Lakshmi he is right here. Lakshmi opens her eyes and sees Rishi. Rishi recalls Ayush and Virendra telling him that he loves Lakshmi instead of Malishka. Rishi cares for Lakshmi.
Balwinder drinks alcohol and sees that in his purse there is not even money to buy alcohol. Rishi sees Lakshmi has regained consciousness. Rishi thanks the God. Rishi questions Lakshmi why does she always put herself in risk for him all the time. Rishi asks Lakshmi to never do that again.
Rishi says to Lakshmi that his life doesn’t have any meaning without her. Rishi sees that Lakshmi is trying to tell something. The doctor comes and asks Rishi to stay outside. Rishi agrees and leaves from there.
Rishi thanks the God and closes his eyes. Rishi inner self comes and wakes Rishi up who is sleeping and asks him to come outside. Rishi comes out and sees his memories passing by him. Rishi sees Lakshmi and himself in his memories. Rishi asks his inner self who is he? Rishi’s inner self introduces himself as his inner self.
Rishi says to his inner self that he only loves Malishka and no one else. His inner self says to Rishi that this is what his mind thinks and not what his heart thinks. Rishi’s inner self says everyone can see that Rishi loves Lakshmi beside himself.
Rishi says no. His inner self questions Rishi why didn’t he marry Malishka till now if he loves Malishka? Rishi says to his inner self that he will marry Malishka after he sets Lakshmi’s life. His inner self asks Rishi why is he thinking of setting Lakshmi’s life before Malishka? His inner self says because he loves Lakshmi.
