The episode starts with Malishka feeling frustrated with Rishi and Lakshmi. Kiran sees that Malishka is frustrated and asks her what happened. Malishka says to Kiran that Lakshmi is in the hospital and Rishi stayed in the hospital to take care of Lakshmi. Kiran asks Malishka why is Rishi in the hospital? Malishka comments on Rishi’s behaviour. Malishka also tells Kiran that Rishi questioned Malishka why couldn’t she save him and Lakshmi can save him? Kiran also admonishes her behaviour.
Kiran also asks Malishka if anyone knows that she didn’t save Rishi? Malishka says Rishi only said to everyone that Lakshmi saved Rishi and Malishka. Kiran asks Malishka if Lakshmi really saved her. Malishka says yes. Malishka comments on Lakshmi. Kiran says to Malishka that it’s time she has to become Lakshmi if not she might lose her place in Rishi’s heart. Malishka agrees.
Lakshmi wakes up and asks Rishi about what he said yesterday. Rishi says he couldn’t repeat it again. Lakshmi asks Rishi if he only felt like that for only that time. Rishi says there is nothing like that and says he loves her. Lakshmi says if he thought like that again she will slap him. Lakshmi asks Rishi to never think like that again. Rishi wakes up and understands that it is just a nightmare. Rishi just hopes that his relationship with Lakshmi will not end because of what he said.
Rano sees Shalu and Bani preparing food. Rano asks where are they going? Shalu and Bani say they are preparing food for Rishi and Lakshmi and say they are going to the hospital. Rano asks Shalu and Bani to make her talk to Lakshmi after they reach the hospital. Shalu agrees.
In the hospital, Lakshmi wakes up. The nurse comes into Lakshmi’s room. The nurse greets Lakshmi. Lakshmi asks the nurse to keep silent. The nurse asks Lakshmi where she is going? Lakshmi says to the washroom. The nurse helps Lakshmi.
The nurse brings Lakshmi to the doctor. Lakshmi asks the nurse what happened to her? The doctor says she was brought here to the ICU as she was involved in a fire accident and says Lakshmi has temporary amnesia because her brain cells are damaged.
Malishka comes and asks Kiran to do work for her so that Rishi and Malishka’s marriage will happen. Malishka says she will explain after getting ready and leaves from there.
Ayush, Shalu, and Bani come into the ICU and see that Rishi is sleeping. Ayush says Lakshmi is fine as Rishi wouldn’t sleep like this if something happened to Lakshmi. Rishi wakes up and sees that Lakshmi isn’t in the room and worries about Lakshmi. Rishi asks Ayush where is Lakshmi? Ayush says they don’t know as Lakshmi is not in the room when they came here? Rishi decides to search for Lakshmi. Lakshmi comes into the room. Rishi hugs Lakshmi seeing her. Ayush, Shalu and Bani act as if they aren’t here to give some privacy to them. Rishi asks Lakshmi how is she? Lakshmi says she is fine.
Malishka gets a call from Balwinder. Balwinder asks Malishka where is Lakshmi? Malishka says Lakshmi is in the city hospital. Balwinder cuts the call.
Malishka comes and tells Kiran about her plan. Malishka asks Kiran to go to Neelam and fix a date for Rishi and Malishka’s marriage and they will print wedding cards according to that date with that Rishi has to marry Malishka as it will be a issue of the Oberoi’s prestige if everyone knows about it. Kiran agrees and decides to go to Neelam to talk to her.
Rishi asks Lakshmi where did she go? Lakshmi says she went to the doctor and talked about her situation. Lakshmi says the doctor also gave his permission to discharge her. Rishi objects to it and asks Lakshmi to stay here. Shalu and Bani also ask the same. Lakshmi says she will feel better in the house instead of here. Rishi hearing this agrees to the discharge of Lakshmi.
